Andra sockan / Second sock

Socka nummer två och jag har ännu inte drabbats av second sock syndrome (SSS). Räknat på garnåtgången och kommit fram till att en socka i detta mönster och denna storlek drar 30 gram garn så med lite vilja får jag ut ett par långa sockor och ett par kortare på ett nystan (+ avvikande färg).

Knitting sock number two and I have yet to suffer from second sock syndrome (SSS). Been calculation on the yarn amount used and it seems that one sock with this pattern in this size needs 30 grammes of yarn so with a bit of willpower I might be able to knit two pair of socks; one long pair and one shorter pair using only one ball of yarn (+ contrasting colour).

Mera garn / More yarn

Hade tentamen för några dagar sedan och kände att jag ville unna mig något litet, det blev lite garn... Inspirerad av nuvarande projektet kom jag fram till att det skulle vara roligt att sticka ett par sockar i lite mer kontrasterande färger.

Det har varit lite mycket att stå i innan jul men nu hoppas jag ha lite mera tid att skriva. Fortsätter sticka på de andra sockarna så de är snart klara.


Had an exam the other day and felt that I should treat myself with something, I got some more yarn... Inspired by  my current project I thought that it would be fun with more contrasting colours.

I have had a lot to do the last few weeks and therefore not had the time to update the blog, but this is something that I hope will change during the Christmas-break. Knitting the other socks and they will soon be finished.

Nu är första sockan klar och det gick ganska snabbt om jag får säga det själv!
