Då jag under de senaste månaderna med spinnande så har jag upptäckt att ullen har en tendens att trassla ihop sig för att inte tala om hur mycket den lurvar av sig på byxorna! Så jag hade ett problem, vad blev då lösningen? Jo jag började linda ullen i kors mellan pek- och lillfinger men det blev lite svårt med så mycket ull efterhand så då bad jag min pappa snickra till detta verktyg.
Since I've started spinning more and more this summer I quickly discovered that the roving tends to snarl and release a lot of fibres onto my clothing. So I had a problem and now I have a solution! I started to wind it between my index finger and my pinky in a cross but it got quite hard after a while since the wool is a bit thicker than yarn. The idea was too god to let go so I asked my father to make a base with two sticks in it and sand it a lot and this is what he made.

Start with winding the wool in a criss cross-pattern.
Men oj, den blev full!
Oh, it's full!
Pressa ner ullen och fortsätt linda tills du har ca 15 cm kvar.
Push the wool down and keep on winding until you have about 15 cm left.
Knyt ihop ullen med den 15 cm långa änden.
Tie the wool tight with the 15 cm long end.
Dra i biten du började med och äntligen slipper du ha ull överallt när du spinner.
Pull the end you started to wind with and spin it, you'll no longer have to have wool all over the place when spinning.
